our student group is open to EVERYone.

LGBT students

We want you to feel welcome at WHU and be encouraged to
be yourself. The group is a safe space to share your concerns and wishes and learn about corporate LGBT policies and networks.

Alumnis & Allies

Non LGBT students can participate as much as LGBT students
and are equally welcome to join all events and get-togethers, and can bring in their perspective on diversity-related topic.

Become a Corporate partner

Support your future workforce.

Show Your Support

35% of LGBT people have hidden that they are LGBT at work out of fear of discrimination (Stonewall, 2018). Together with our partners
we want to demonstrate that corporations support LGBT employees and assure a safe environment. We ask our partners to actively put effort into successful inclusion and react appropriately to protect minorities in their workforce and in society.

Workshop Partner

During the annual Diversity Day we offer the opportunity for corporate workshops with diversity-related topics.
By this, corporations can show and discuss how they improve inclusiveness in work life.
If you are interested in participating, please send an e-mail to diversity@whu.edu to receive more information.

Career Partner

Since corporations offer special career events for LGBT people we offer the forwarding of relevant content to our group.
By this corporations can maintain interaction with the group without participating in further events.
If you are interested in participating, please send an e-mail to diversity@whu.edu to receive more information.
